Experience cooking of Japanese food
On January 9th, 2014, advanced class students made Japanese foods at Tsuneishi public hall. It’s their first time to make Sushi roll (Maki-zushi) and rice cake wrapped in oak leaf (Kashiwa- mochi). They learn so much, so they can make it in their own country.
Experience Flower arrangement
On January 23rd, 2014, students had a flower arrangement class. Thanks to the Soroptimist International of Fukuyama, they made beautiful flower arrangement and learn how to make it. After making arrangement, they displayed it in their room.
On February 5th, 2014, we had graduation presentation. Graduate made groups and made presentation. They decided their own theme, collected information and documentation. They learn the importance of cooperation with each other.
Exchange meeting with students of Seika junior high school students in Fukuyama
On February 6th, 2014, our school’s advanced class students and Seika junior high school‘s second year students had exchange meeting. Seika junior high school students have studied about China, Vietnam and Nepal and presented the results of their research. Also they made Japanese foods for our students.
Graduation day tour
On February 27th, 2014, Graduates went to one day trip around Fukuyama city. At Senko-ji, they prayed for their health and their future success in Japan
International exchange student Japanese language speech contest (Sponsor: The Society to Support International Exchange Students)
On March 2nd, 2014, “The 22nd, International exchange student Japanese language speech contest” was held at Fukuyama city University. From our school, three students gave a speech about their thoughts. Each student’s theme is as follows; Mr. Ma Ji（馬冀） – 「人生と目標（My life and goals）
Ms. Wei Ying （魏英）– 「木（A tree）」
Ms. Pun Sristi – 「お年寄り天国（Elderly people’s Paradise）」
Graduation ceremony and party
On March 3rd, 2014, the 23rd graduation ceremony was held. We have 34 graduates this year. ( 11 members of Advanced Ⅱ class, 13 members of Advanced A class, 9 members of Advanced B class, 1 member of Intermediate class) Three representatives (Mr. Ma Ji, Ms. Pun Sristi, Ms. Sapkota Sanjaya) expressed their thanks to the people who help them and speak of their aspirations. After Graduation Ceremony, we had a graduation party and enrolled students made foods for graduates.
